Today we went to Nara to se the Daibutsu at Todaiji Temple. The wooden building in which it is housed is the biggest wooden building in the world. It was very impressive.
The temple was really amazing especially the giant buddha and other sculptures. However although the inside of the temple was filled with gods the outside was plauged with demonic deer which would stop at nothing to get food. A really awesome day trip to Nara. -Amadea
